The variety of professions constitutes the fact that the humanity is
developing constantly. No matter that in some points the degradation is seen,
but an overall characterization of such versatility should evoke a sense of
pride for living at the time. In this respect a person should know, precisely,
the way he/she is eager to choose. Hence, there should be an evaluative outlook
on different professions and occupations in the reality of time.
Pros
1.As it was mentioned before, variety tells a person about great opportunities. Thereupon, an individual is able to do what he/she wants to do if there is a profession fitting his/her choice and requirements. In case there is no such position, it is possible to come up with a new occupation.
2.The more professions humanity has, the more interesting becomes life in the society. This statement should be expanded in terms of peoples?preferences. Thus, if an electrician wants to have some details, he can address to an engineer who can design such peculiar details. This simple example explains generally the reason for the positive character of many professions.
3.Variety of professions has a peculiarity for the career growth (career ladder). It means that people are welcome to do their best in the work place and be rewarded in response.
Cons
1.Humanity is not ideal. This presupposes the universally well-known fact that human factor is a great drawback in the workspace. However, every bean has its black. Hence, you should keep it in mind that work-related people differ from those you know outside your job.
2.Bureaucracy will never disappear until there are so many occupations. People are obliged, thus, taking for granted unfair attitudes of officials or people who are responsible for something. In fact, it is a matter of lack of justice or reformation in the society. However, bureaucratic society is defined by the majority of additional occupations.
